There are days that I feel like doing absolutely nothing. Today was one of them. As I mindlessly perused the web, I stumbled across a 10 Minute Chair Yoga video on AARP (don’t judge) taught by Lorraine Ladish. I thought “I have 10 minutes, just do it.” It was easy and effortless. And, you know what? When I was done, I had an attitude shift. Sometimes it only takes a few minutes of simple movement and breath to refocus.
