Call it what you will, a bucket list, a wish list or a vision board but we should all should have one. Every year we put together a list of things we want to ‘check off’ and 2014 is a doozy. The thing is, you need to be specific, know what you want and know where you’re heading. After all, you wouldn’t take a road trip without directions, right? Think of this list as your GPS!
And most important, let us know what’s on your list! We may have missed something!! The older we get, the Bigger we DREAM!

Sandi’s Things
The older I get, the less I think about things and more about comfort. Flying 1st Class, nice hotels with plush bedding, four and five star restaurants. Yes, I’m somewhat spoiled and appreciate the luxe life. With that said, there isn’t much I want or even need. Nice luggage, serenity, laughter, good health and fortune. Of course the icing on the cake would be for our radio and TV show to take off and to get a book deal in 2014. Cheers to that and to you!
Hope all of your wish list comes true!
Hello Sandi,
I might be able to help you with some of your 2014 Bucket List! The Carmel Mission Inn is located at the gateway to Big Sur. We are an ideal location to stay while you spend your day roaming around Big Sur. There’s so many great hiking trails, beaches and things to do there. Carmel is very special too. It is home to great wine, wonderful food and chic boutiques. Another great attraction is Refuge. A co-ed day spa, perfect for relaxing! I think we have everything you need!
Also wanted to say that I enjoyed your article. Made me think about my own Bucket List!
Warm regards,

Nice lists you have there! I don’t have an official bucket list, but my bedroom at university was always covered in posters and maps- a sort of visual bucketlist that covered my entire walls.
What did you want to do/see in Alberta, CA Sandi? 🙂
I guess my Wish List is fairly simple. I really want my dream of being able to sell my homemade dog biscuits to become a reality. When I read Rick’s list, a dehydrator would be awesome as well. You can make jerky treats for pets, also, and I have seen on Ebay that people do well selling them. I want 2014 to be my year to be healthier and happier; to achieve my weight loss goals and conquer my health issues. I am an ovarian cancer survivor, and lately I just feel as if I have so much more to achieve in life. This is my year to do it!
Novia Scotia. I have always wanted to see the wilderness there.
The most fabulous meal I have ever had was at Menka’s….a B and B in Inverness just North of San Francisco. Check out their web site. They use locally grown foods and wines. A beautiful setting. DEFINATELY on my bucket list to return for a night or two and another fabulous meal.
