Do you have what it takes to be a great Phonetographer? Perhaps you’re not even sure what a phonetographer is?
The urban Dictionary defines Phonetographer as “One who is always taking photos with the camera in their phone. Most often artsy photos that end up posted on social network sites like Facebook.” Ever since camera phones came into existence we have been sharing everything from the food we eat to every move we make in the infamous selfie.
What are some of the benefits of being a phonetographer?
Regardless of where you are, your phone is usually with you. If it’s not, more than likely you are in the throws of a severe panic attack.
It’s easy to carry. Slip it in your pocket and you’re good to go.
The technology is king and while it’s pretty sophisticated even I can use it, and use it well. It’s idiot proof. Take the Nokia Lumia Icon. It takes HD video and it has four built in speakers. Add to that a 20-megapixel camera with a single–finger zoom and you’ve got a pretty darn good chance at taking some fabulous photos.
Quick and easy can also be bold & flavorful as I found out when I whipped up a last minute supper, using Sweet Italian Sausage and other things I already had on hand. Sometimes I just don’t feel like going to the store. It could be too hot, to cold, raining, I have a blog post to write or I just simply feel like getting creative and envisioning myself on the set of Chopped.
