Here’s a behind the scenes look at our college football game day adventures in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Be sure and watch the out-takes at the end of the video:)
Tailgating is one of our favorite fall activities. There’s something about meandering through large enthusiastic crowds with the smell of charcoal, lighter fluid, and grilled meats permeating the air that guarantees a good time. Even if you’re not particularly a fan of football, the experience is worthy of any bucket list.
We met some incredible people, tasted some amazing food, and picked up some great tailgating tips before a college football game at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa.
As a fanatical football fan and foodie it should come as no surprise that tailgating is one of my favorite activities. Mingling with fans who are as passionate about their food as the they are their football teams is worthy of any Bucket List.
#Travel highlighted in 2015 #Superbowl Commercials. There were three stand-out Superbowl commercials that put travel in the spotlight. Of course, they caught our attention. We love cruising and found the Carnival Cruise Lines super bowl commercial inspiring. It combined beautiful visuals and the words of John F. Kennedy: “We are tied to the ocean. And when we go back to the sea, whether it is to sail or to watch – we are going back from whence we came.” Then, they invited us to come back to the sea. We accept!
The Doritos commercial was just downright funny. As frequent travelers, at one time or another, we have all sat next someone who has done one or all of those things.
Jeep’s super bowl commercial featured the 2015 Jeep Renegade around the world in amazing places, with “This Land is Your Land, this land is my land” rolling acoustically in the background. Anyone ready for a road trip?
Cheese, is like crack to me. I can’t eat just a little. With me, it’s all or nothing! So what better dish for me to make for a Superbowl than Cabot Cheese’s Buffalo Chicken Dip. It’s quick, easy and really cheesy!
