Good tips in there!
Another quick one – work out a little before going on a ski trip – I have seen so many people getting hurt after a bad fall just because they were completely out of shape. No need to be a professional athlete but a little stretching won’t hurt. Nothing is worse than having to end a nice ski holiday because of a broken leg.
