After years of frustration not being able to find good pizza in Florida where he had moved,  Anthony Bruno founded Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza.  The “secret weapon” in the success of this mouth watering pizza is the 800 degree coal-burning oven that cooks pizza in four minutes.  Don’t expect a flimsy, under cooked pie here. All Anthony’s Pizzas are cooked Well Done!

Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza has a simple but tasty menu that includes their famous well done  pizza, coal-oven-roasted chicken wings, Italian salad, authentic meatballs and some of the finest eggplant you’ll taste anywhere.

On a side note, Eat Green and we’re not talking salads. The coal oven is environmentally friendly and uses only anthracite coal, a natural resource for its “well done” pizza and chicken wings. Anthracite coal for Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza comes from abandoned mines, minimizing the impact on the environment and once cleared, grass and trees are planted so the mine sites return to their original natural states.
