On a side note, Eat Green and we’re not talking salads. The coal oven is environmentally friendly and uses only anthracite coal, a natural resource for its “well done” pizza and chicken wings. Anthracite coal for Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza comes from abandoned mines, minimizing the impact on the environment and once cleared, grass and trees are planted so the mine sites return to their original natural states.

It’s really hard to beat some of APC specialty pizzas.
How about something Mediterranean: artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomato, spinach leaves
